We are now about two weeks into January and I’m sure some of you are starting to feel the full effects of "life" creeping back in.
That’s right, life! Over the Christmas break life can hit the pause button and we get the opportunity to slow down a bit, find some rest, reset and have loads of fun. We often have a little bit of time (even if it’s just small) to think about some activities that we would like to do that we know will nourish us; and that help us with our own self-care.
But now- two weeks in- life has hit full force. Work has ramped up, kids are back at school and the reality of living in the UK in January starts to settle in- cold, wet and dark. BLAH

So I am here to pull you out of the dark my friends. I’m here to help you hit ‘pause’ once more on LIFE and to remind you of some of your self care intentions that you possibly set yourself or even just briefly thought about over the Christmas break.
Self- care doesn’t have to be big, it doesn’t have to be expensive and it doesn’t have to take you loads of time.
It’s not selfish – it’s a necessity. We’ve all heard the adage ‘Happy wife, happy life’, well that goes for everybody. If you are happy and nourished then you are in a much better position to provide nourishment and joy to those you love around you.

So stop with the ‘I don’t have the time’. Hit the pause button and here are some self-care hacks that you could try for yourself!
Let me know which one you try and how you get on.
Love, Tash xx
