Flamingo Flow

A higher energy flow where we focus on building our connection with our bodies, mind and self. 

Usually practiced during the day or early evening to help ourselves rebalance our energy as we move through our daily lives. 

Depending on the class there may be opportunities for journalling too

All levels welcome, suitable for beginners

Sweat level: Medium

&Relax Wind Down

Gift yourself this regular relaxation class- you deserve it!

A slower practice kicking off with an empowering warm up and moving through slower flows (standing & seated), helping release energy & unwind the body to prepare us for a good nights sleep.

Includes plenty of time for Savasana and relaxation, a head massage and use of essential oils.

&Relax Wake Up Yoga

Ease into your morning with a gentle yoga session designed to help you release the week and step into your weekend feeling relaxed and refreshed- because you deserve it!

This slow flow class blends smooth movement to breath, as well as longer held postures to encourage deep stretching and release built-up tension. 

We will work on waking up the body without rushing, and calming the mind so you can carry that relaxed energy into the rest of your day.

Includes plenty of time for Savasana and relaxation, a head massage and use of essential oils.

Set sequences build confidence in the postures.

Stretch & Reset

A Yoga Conditioning, Mobility & Restorative Class all in 60 mins!

 

Stretch & Reset is a feel good class designed to help you move more freely and feel more at ease in your body.

 

The class begins with yoga conditioning focussing on mobility, flexibility and functional movement. Expect a mix of stretching and simple, supportive exercises to help build strength in your joints and muscles for everyday life - using props like blocks, straps and resistance bands to help.

​

We then slow things right down with restorative yoga. Using props and long held, supported poses, you’ll be guided into deep rest to help calm the nervous system, release tension and reset after a busy day.

 

Expect a friendly atmosphere, clear guidance and plenty of options to make everything feel good for your body.

 

Everyone welcome whether you have practiced Yoga before or never moved at all!

Sweat level: Med- Low

Hosted in West Hendred Village Hall

Free parking available

Will run seasonally for October-March and then move to Strength & Tone

Strength & Tone

A higher energy MUST TRY Yoga class that includes the use of light weights (1kg or 2kg) to add resistance and power to your workout. You can also practice without weights too if you'd prefer.

 

What to expect:

Gentle warm ups to get the body stretched out and moving

Yoga flows that include the use of weights or bodyweight to build strength and endurance

Core strengthening in every class

A slow and long cool down to get you back into your bodies, connect to your breath and prepare you for a lovely relaxation in Savasana

 

This class is perfect for you if:

*You want to start introducing strength training to your wellness routine, but don't want to go to the gym

*You want a small, intimate group to get you started on your strength journey

*You love Yoga and love the idea of introducing something new and different

*You want to feel strong and empowered

*You want a fun community vibe as well as getting a little bit sweaty

All levels welcome, suitable for beginners as multiple options are provided included without weight options

Rise & Shine

Wake up with me in this energy building morning class. 

Start with a gentle warm up and then move through some flows to build energy to wake you up for the day ahead. 

Want to just roll out of bed - no worries, I'm often seen practicing this class in my pyjamas so I invite you to do the same!

I invite anyone who is interested in waking up with a smile on their face to attend this class.

Hosted on ZOOM so you have time to attend AND still get ready to head off to work.
