Give yourself the gift of deep rest this winter, because you deserve it!
This 2 hour workshop blends restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra – two nourishing practices designed to soothe your nervous system, release tension, and help you reset before the busy festive season.
✨ Restorative yoga uses props like bolsters and blankets to fully support the body in gentle, restful poses. There’s no effort or stretching- just time to sink in, soften, and allow the body to restore itself.
✨ Yoga Nidra, sometimes called yogic sleep, is a guided meditation that leads you into a deeply relaxed yet aware state. It’s like pressing the reset button for your mind, leaving you calm, clear, and refreshed.
We’ll move gently, settle into cosy supported postures, and drift into guided relaxation. No effort, no expectations - just pure rest and calm.
After practice, we’ll take time to enjoy tea together, if you wish, leaving you feeling restored and ready to see out the rest of winter with ease.
The perfect workshop if you’re looking for a pocket of peace, a chance to recharge, or simply to slow down and breathe.

Couples Date Night Yoga

Join my partner, Matt & I for a Summer Date Night Yoga workshop- the perfect mix of movement, connection and giggles.
You’ll explore partner postures (some gentle and some a little more challenging), enjoy a relaxing wind down together, and finish with a Summery drink and nibbles.
You can expect:
