Hi Friends, I'm Tash
It's lovely to meet you all!
I am a 200 hr RYS certified Yoga Teacher.
My self-discovery journey to a Healthy, Happy Me started about two years ago. I was working in a big corporate job and was really struggling with self-esteem, imposter syndrome, confidence, anxiety and seasonal sadness. My resilience was low and I was close to burnout. I realised that I didn't have any hobbies or interests outside of work and I didn't prioritise my health or wellness at all.
Honestly, like most of us, I didn't think I had the time to spare. How wrong was I!

I decided to change, because YES that first decision is sometimes all it takes to make big life changes.
​
I started to schedule exercise into my daily calendar, tried lots of different hobbies to see which ones I enjoyed and went on a journey to change my food habits. I attended therapy and made Yoga a regular part of my daily life- even if that meant only doing 5 mins every few days.
​
Slowly I started to notice the benefits. I felt stronger in mind and body, more resilient, my perspective came back and I felt confident in my own skin.
​
With my newfound confidence I decided to train as a Yoga instructor and with this knowledge; share with others the power of Yoga and wellness to help us all survive & thrive in this crazy world!

I set up Flowing Flamingo with one mission in mind: to empower you to discover your own healthy & happy life, become who you want to be and live your best life every damn day!!

The only thing I ask of you is make that first choice to prioritise you.

Through Yoga, mindfulness practice, breath work, community and just having fun I will cultivate a safe space for you to just discover your healthy, happy YOU. Whatever that looks like and wherever you may be- whether that's online or in locations such as Wantage or near Didcot.

Life is for living so I will encourage a sense of playfulness & fun into each class. Expect laughter and a community spirit - because connection and play are the key to happiness.

🌱 Self-Discovery: Your mat is not just a physical space; it's a place for personal growth. I believe in digging deep and discovering who you really are. Using meditation, movement and journalling we can discover our purpose, values, goals and what really lights us up inside.
