Or maybe not Santa, but I will call myself Santa’s Little Helper!!

I’m here this month as Santa’s sidekick to bring you a bit of festive joy. Creating a space for you to find that joy, connect to your inner child as well as reflect on some gratitude as we approach the end of the year.

Often as we approach the end of the year we can feel this immense pressure to ‘ENJOY’ ourselves and to be clear in our next steps. What are our goals for 2025, where is our life going to go….blah blah blah.

I’m here to tell you it’s ok to not have those things in place before December 31st! It’s ok to end the year and just take a moment. Take a moment to feel grateful and reflect. Think about what you have achieved this year, who you are or are becoming and just celebrate it!

Whether or not you celebrate through a big party of prefer a bit of JOMO (the joy of missing out) by staying at home and watching a great movie- you do you my friends. Find what brings you that joy and use it to help you celebrate the year.

Don't put pressure on next year- you have time for that. You have time to think and plan and strategize – that will come in March. But for NOW we just feel grateful and PROUD!

So in class this month we will be opening our hearts and inviting in the joy and the love for ourselves. Tapping into our heart Chakra through various postures. We will be playing around with Dancers pose – as it’s festive season- and we will be practicing meditations that help us connect into our gratitude and remind ourselves just what we’ve accomplished- big or small!

So come along either online or in person in Wantage or at Grace & Gravity in Streatley and let’s have some fun this festive season.

Plus for those who know me… there will be festive tunes, a Santa’s hat or two and some little festive accessories!

Now it wouldn’t be a blog without a little wellness tip or trick to kick off your December season so I offer you a gratitude practice. Something simple and easy– enjoy.

Gratitude Practice

Every time something wonderful happens, you feel proud of yourself, grateful for others or actions...write it down.

Place that thing in a jar and then watch as the jar gets more and more full!

Anytime you feel stuck or a bit low you can revisit the jar, pick something out and read it, just to remind yourself of all the things you have to be grateful for.

Love, Tash xx
