Your Experience

Yoga
You will be guided through two Yoga sessions throughout the day.
Energising Yoga in the morning
Slow Flow in the afternoon

All classes are for all levels and complete beginners are very welcome! No flexibility required- promise.

Time in Nature
Spend time in the beautiful Oxfordshire Countryside, including practicing Yoga in an open yurt (can be closed if it rains!) and a mindfulness walk in the area.

Mindfulness & Breathwork
Mindfulness practices will include Breath work, Yoga Nidra and Nature walks. Giving an opportunity to connect to ourselves and find joy in the everyday moments.

Delicious Lunch
Enjoy a nourishing and delicious grazing lunch with lots of options for different dietary requirements and of course some sweet treats too!

Connection Workshops
Creative Flower Workshops, Shake It Out movement and a Superpower Journalling Workshop provide the opportunity to discover and empower your inner child AND adult!

Sauna & Cold Plunge
On site there is a Sauna and Cold Plunge. Always a brilliant way to end a day of Wellness. It's optional, so you can choose to take part or just watch as your new friends take a refreshing dip in the cold water!
