This morning class is designed to awaken your body gently and boost your energy, setting a positive tone for the day ahead. We begin with gentle stretches to warm up before flowing through sequences that will leave you feeling invigorated and ready to take on whatever the day brings. There’s no pressure to look a certain way or wear special clothes—come as you are, even if that means showing up in your pyjamas!
This class is suitable for all levels, including those who are new to yoga. It’s a friendly and relaxed environment where the focus is on enjoying the moment and starting your day with a smile. The class is held on Zoom, making it easy to join from the comfort of your home without disrupting your morning routine.





Flamingo Flow: Reconnect with Yourself
Flamingo Flow is a dynamic class designed to help you reconnect with your body and mind. Whether you need a midday reset or an early evening pick-me-up, this class offers a chance to refocus and rebalance. Each month, I introduce a different theme to keep things interesting, and sometimes we incorporate journaling as a way to deepen the practice. This class is open to everyone, regardless of experience, and provides a supportive environment where you can explore movement in a way that feels right for you.
With a medium sweat level, Flamingo Flow offers just the right amount of challenge without feeling overwhelming. You can join this class online via Zoom or attend in person, depending on what suits your schedule and comfort level.

&Relax: Wind Down and Restore

&Relax is all about taking time out to relax and restore your body and mind. This slower-paced class helps you release tension and unwind, making it the perfect way to end your day. We start with a gentle warm-up to ease into the session, followed by slower, more restorative flows that include standing and seated poses. This class often incorporates extended Savasana and Yoga Nidra to help you fully relax and prepare for a good night’s sleep.
Each class features a unique theme, providing new ways to unwind and connect with yourself. &Relax is suitable for all levels, especially beginners, and focuses on gentle movements that soothe the body. You can choose to join this class online or in person, creating a calm and comforting space wherever you are.





1:1 Coaching: Personalised Yoga Just for You
For those who prefer a tailored approach, my 1:1 coaching sessions offer a chance to work closely with me to develop a practice that’s customised to your needs. Whether you’re new to yoga, working through specific challenges, or looking to deepen your understanding, these private sessions provide the personal attention you need to thrive.
We’ll start with a complimentary consultation to chat about your goals and what you’re hoping to get out of your practice. From there, I’ll create a bespoke yoga program just for you, designed to help you grow at your own pace. Sessions can be held online or in person, giving you the flexibility to choose what works best for you.
